Nicola Price, Physiotherapist.

With nearly 20 years of experience, Nicola brings expert care and a friendly, supportive approach to every patient. She’s worked in the NHS and top private clinics, and is also the in-house physio for an elite gymnastics club—so she’s skilled at supporting everyone from athletes to everyday clients.


Nicola graduated in 2005 with a BSc Honours Degree in Physiotherapy and has continued developing her skills ever since. She’s trained in acupuncture and is a certified Pilates instructor, keeping her approach current and evidence-based.


A former international elite gymnast, Nicola understands physical performance—but you don’t have to be an athlete to benefit from her care. She treats people of all ages and activity levels.


Nicola also leads our women’s health physiotherapy services, offering expert support for pelvic floor issues, management during pregnancy and postnatal recovery. Her caring, knowledgeable approach helps women feel confident and empowered in their recovery.

Dhanashree Bhise, Physiotherapist.

Dhanashree is passionate about helping people recover from injuries, manage pain and improve their overall  movement and well-being .  With a Master’s degree in Sport & Exercise Medicine from Leeds Beckett University and full registration with the HCPC and MCSP, she brings both expert knowledge and a friendly, supportive approach to every session.


Dhanashree has over 2.5 years of Physiotherapy experience working in both clinical and home-based settings. During this time, she treated a wide range of musculoskeletal, post-operative, and sports injury cases, and collaborated with multidisciplinary teams in Advanced Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation clinics.


Dhanashree uses an evidence-based, patient-centred approach to deliver personalised treatment and rehabilitation plans.  She is committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care that supports long-term health, confidence, and recovery.

Commonly Asked Questions 

  • What is physiotherapy?

    Physiotherapy treatment involves therapeutic exercise to improve strength, range of movement and endurance and to correct posture and muscle imbalance in conjunction with manual therapy, advice and education.

  • What should you expect from your first meeting?

    The initial appointment aims to establish a full history of your condition and discuss other factors also affecting it. We will set goals and discuss evidence-based treatment options. The first session will also include treatment and an exercise programme (45 minutes).


    The Full Natal examination includes a pelvic floor assessment, rectus divarication check and will include evidence based treatment and an exercise programme (1 hour).


    The Natal assessment is the same as the full natal programme without the pelvic floor assessment (45 minutes).

     

    Follow up sessions will incorporate our treatment plan (30 minutes). The number of sessions will be discussed at this stage depending on your condition and assessment findings.  

  • What injury or conditions do you treat in outpatient’s physiotherapy?

    Spinal pain ( back, neck etc.) with or without nerve involvement 

    Sprains

    Muscle strains and spasms

  • What conditions do you treat in women’s health?

    Pelvic floor weakness/tightness 

    Incontinence 

    prolapse

    Urinary frequency and urgency- including overactive bladder syndrome 

    Pregnancy-related conditions affecting the pelvis and the pelvic floor 

  • How long is a treatment session?

    The initial assessment is 45 minutes


    Follow up sessions 30 minutes or 45 minutes 


    Full Natal assessment 1 hour


    Pelvic floor (gynaecology) assessment 1 hour 

  • What should I wear to a treatment session?

    Comfortable, loose-fitting clothing to allow us to easily see the area affected


    Please tie hair up 

  • Can I bring someone with me?

    A chaperone is encouraged especially if you are coming for a pelvic floor examination and is essential if you are under 18 years of age.

  • How do I pay for treatment?

    Payment can be taken during the session using card machine 

  • Do you accept or work with medical insurance providers?

    I am covered by most medical insurance providers. Payment to be made during the session and an invoice will be provided to claim back through your insurance company. Please discuss with your insurance provider before the initial assessment to ensure you are covered by your policy.

  • Missed appointments

    A cancellation fee is payable on all appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment time
